The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We have put thorough safety measures in place at Careline HQ in order to protect our staff. This has allowed them to continue supporting our alarm users without interruption. That’s why the Care Team (the people who answer your emergency alarm calls) have remained open 24/7, to protect all of our alarm users in these uncertain times.

Contact Free Setup

The Careline alarm is incredibly simple to set up. After ordering, you will receive your alarm via next-day delivery. Once it arrives, simply:

  1. Plug the alarm into your telephone socket.
  2. Plug your telephone into the back of the alarm, using the adaptor provided.
  3. Then plug the alarm into a mains socket.
  4. Finally, press the red ‘Help’ button to make a test call.

Since alarm setup is such an easy process, there is no need for an engineer to enter your home and set it up for you. This is great news for those who are vulnerable to coronavirus and may be shielding in their homes. Additionally, it means there is no need to break social distancing measures in order to get your Careline alarm up and running.
